Tell me about it

"Beautiful" said mum
"What a nice er donkey? Horse? Sheep?"
I very patiently explained it was a dog

"Wonderful" said dad
"What a lovely dog"

I didn’t want him to feel stupid
So I didn’t tell him
It was a different picture

Sometimes we must say nothing and looking stupids than say a word and don't let any illusion that we are stupids.

In french

Parfois, il vaut mieux se taire et avoir l'air stupide, que de dire un mot et de ne laisser aucun doute a ce sujet.

It's a fun text i love it too,

Take care of yourself.

LOL, reminds me of time when I first saw a goat and reported that I'd seen a dog with horns.

We always try so hard. Thank God we are loved. Thank God the trees and mountains don't come raining down on us! Thank God love corrects and perfects without pointing out our mistakes.

Carba, a quote I once heard was 'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open ones mouth and remove all doubt' It is my favourite quote and one I do not always live up to.

Q Neetee children are so patient with us thankfully

MAHARAJADHIRAJ I love that, children are so spontanious

Nasra lovely to hear from you over here

Russel if he did he would be so busy he wouldn't have time to do anything else maybe you've hit on the problem there

MB thank-you, my daughter (aged 4) once told her friend she'd drawn a rubbish horse. then connecting with my gaze she looked again and said but it looks exactly like a dinosaur, you're absolutly briliant at drawing dinosaurs. It's one of my cherished memories
