Whatever

Whatever the colour of our skin
The length of our legs
The size of our nose
The thickness of our hair
The weight of our troubles
The shadows of our frown
The depths of our joy
The shape of our smile
Or the strength of our soul
We all walk the same earth
And when we cry
Our tears sound the same

I wish the whole world could better remember what you express so succinctly and effectively here, Sue!

Sue, I think castor and queen neetee are right. This is a bright and noble anthem to our commonly forgotten about humanity. Thanks!

Castor thank-you it is a shame society so often focuses on exturnal features and stereotypes and not on the things that really matter

Queen Neetee also a warm thank-you

Goatman-Hi thanks for dropping by-I thought a lot about the title-it's true that 'whatever has become the word to replace rational thoughts

Carba-it is true what you say there are race winners or those that exploit carelessly-but really they are losers too because they do not benifit from knowing people they have judged without knowing.

Mb it is so frustraiting when we look at our beautiful world and consider how it might be

Russel I think what most of us do is shut our eyes, I know I do-it's the vastness of the wrong it makes a small difference seem so pointless
