Hi Aisha, amazed by your story you must have a gift for languages.

12 is a big litter or is it more than one. It's sad about the one your worried about. Our youngest cat is enormous but still behaves like a kitten his name is Dobby but we've nic-named him the Scarlet assasin because he's a red point Tonkanese who loves chewing toes. Thank-you for visiting come back soon.

those are such illustrations, pack them in with your poems and publish them in a children's book.

aisha: i hope your kitty makes it!

flickr is damn simple, just register and upload, if u want to share the illustrations.

Amie I've just been so rushed I haven't had time to sort it. And low, the kids want me to go sort out where cat has been ill. Cats, kids, you've got to love them. Have saved message so I will attend to it as soon as all is calm. I think my epitaph will be.
'If this is what it takes to get a rest, so be it!'

Thank-you Gulnaz, I am working on this, but I have a few to go. And I will sort out the flicker thingy. Do you mean by share I would be able to send them to people?

Lorena, I am illustraiting the poems I have written with a view to creating a book. The ones about my children when they were younger are already illustraited, but they are little pictures of them and although a treasured possesion it wouldn't be fare to use them in case it caused them embarrasment. I'm really touched that you enjoyed them

Gulnaz I have tried honest, I'm obviously too inept, stupid etc to work this out, am hoping to hear from Amie soon on what I'm doing wrong. She set up the account for me and I followed the instructions but cant work out how to get them onto my blog or the link thingy. Hopless I know I am. Thank-you for your kind words about pictures though.

after you have logged in at flickr, upload your pix. it will take a moment. when the picutres r up there. there are a series of buttons along the top of the picture. one of them is a 'blog this' button, click on that. Amie must have registered your blog there, coz it asks to confirm the blog first. If the blog has not been added, it wont know were to post the pic.
By share, I mean if you allow your illustrations to be public, then others can view it too. if you want only freinds, or family or contacts to view, you can decide that by choosing whichever option you want.
there is also the option of allowing or not allowing others to download your pic. also an option for different sizes.
try this...should work. :)

hey sue: not a litter. theyre a whole bunch of stay kitties that we picked up. some of them strayed in n refused to leave, others were brought in pretty bad condition.
and yeah the sickly one (We call him Ziggy coz he has lightning shaped tail) seems alright now. apparently it was the food the vet prescribed wasnt too good!
some vet she was. we got another one now. and he's good.

Thank-you Amie, Gulnaz I've sort of managed it at last, apparantly I had to cut and paste a code in. I still didn't manage to do the link thing yet it kept popping up in funny places on my blog and some how I've lost the margine but I think I know how to sort it out. I will be looking for more advice if not.

Aisha what a wonderful job you're doing, I'm so glad Ziggy's pulled through. I too have aquired stray cats in the past. A cat that has been a stray even when totally feral will often reward you with love in the end that surpasses any other animal to human friendship. We had a cat we named Tiggy once who hissed at us for two years, then one day he came and sat on my knee and after that he wouldn't let me out of his sight. Sadly he died of cancer, a few years ago. We also had Scruffy, so called because she was all matted when we found her and the vet had to sedate her to find out what sex she was but in the end the vet could hardly believe she was the same cat. So gentle and with silky white and ginger fur. Sorry if I'm boring any none cat lovers.

Dear All tonight I think I managed to do the blogroll link thing with everyones sight, but I won't know till tomorrow. If I bhave managed I apologise to anyone I didn't get the chance to ask first, but having got this far I daren't stop in case it went wrong (which it still might have done) If anyone is annoyed with me and the link has worked, Please tell me and I will endevor to remove them. (I will need help) You know I need help! Appologies for loss of grammer, punktuation and spelling. Children have found out where I am hiding and insist I inspect their bedrooms prior to extorting money from me. They are making this point by staring at me and making whimpering noises
